Over the decades, Virto-Cuccolini has been able to develop various types of sieving applications, taking into account the installation needs of each individual customer, also in collaboration with plant engineers all over the world.
A typically outdoor installation is represented by a safety screener placed before product loading into a tanker truck. Our sieve is installed on a special structure of the necessary height to accommodate the tank truck below, in order to allow the product flow connection from the sieve to the truck loading port in a few minutes.
The product to be sifted typically comes from large cereal processing, flour production (mills, feed mills) or other chemical production plants; these products play the role of raw materials for other industrial productions. The sieving operation aims to eliminate impurities and other residues (lumps, possible foreign parts) from the product to be loaded, in order to guarantee its safety upon arrival at another factory where it will be processed.
